Would totally buy this if it wasn't through Victory.

Victory is just the distributor, not the label releasing the album.  IMHO Victory does a great job shipping vinyl compared to many of the other merch companies out there.

Currently yes.  The vinyl will be available via Amazon and other retailers later this year, however these variants likely will be gone by then.
