Just a heads up. Definitely not a preorder. I ordered this album in late October and received it the first week of November. This album was huge for me as a young punker!

I got my colored copy in the mail today. Looks really nice. I'll post pictures when I get a chance if someone doesn't beat me to it.

I love me some Rocky. On first listen, the second half seems more solid. I wouldn't rank it anywhere close to Makers, though.

Are these black or on colored vinyl like the standard release?

They are dicks and don't offer it. Then they will ship it media mail through stamps.com and profit off the shipping price. Kinda shitty

My favorite part is their website explicitly states "Do not choose Priority Mail," yet it was the only option I was offered.

Right now debating getting a lawyer to try and help minimize things, or just plead guilty and ask for as much leniency as they'll give.

Do not use your hard-earned money on a lawyer. You'll have plenty of fines to pay as it is. If you really feel like you need legal representation, opt for a public defender. They will be just as good, if not better, than any legal counsel you retain.

I work in criminal law and wanted to throw in my two cents before you waste the money.

Also, don't be so hard on yourself. We all make mistakes.

I'm extremely bummed by this. My wife and I had our first date at a Swellers show in San Francisco at Bottom of the Hill 5 years ago.
