I may be in the minority, but I never thought anything bad about that girl for posting that picture. In fact, I commend her for being comfortable enough with her body to post something like that for the internet to have their way with. There are way less classy things a girl can do, on the internet and in real life, than post a picture. the last guy i dated broke up with me completely out of the blue saying he 'couldn't handle being in a relationship' because he just found out his mom's cancer got worse and he needed to put all his time and energy into taking care of her, etc. he claimed his feelings towards me hadn't changed and it had nothing to do with me, he just couldn't handle any sort of relationship.

lo and behold, he already has a new girlfriend and was apparently dating her shortly after he broke up with me.

i could be totally wrong, but in my experience i've found that when people 'need space', they're usually just disinterested in you or looking for another option before going back to you if they dont find anything better. or they're just trying to take the easy way out.

then again, i'm a little jaded, haha.

The night that episode aired, I laughed until I was crying and then I proceeded to text "I'm a full-on rapist" to everyone in my phone.

I still have no idea what milk steak is, though.

Also, the only thing that really bothers me is when people type "gurl" or "mah".

Yeah, I pretty much agree with Rad here.

My only bit of advice is to give her the space, but don't cut off your ties with her. If you do that, she's probably gone for quite a while, or until she gets lonely again and comes around to fuck with your head for a little while longer.

So, instead of texting her and telling her how much you care and all that, CALL HER, and see if she just wants to chill. Nothing big... just see if she wants to grab some dinner with you, or if she just wants to come hang out and watch a movie or listen to music or play some video games. Also, get some friends together and go bowling or whatever, and invite her along. Stop putting pressure on her to settle down, and just let her know that you're still there.

I have always loved this album cover. I'm not real sure what that says about me, if anything, but yeah...

I'm with Flicker... I plan on doing nothing but epic shit this year.

Also:

-Get fit. I have gotten so damn fat and it's just pitiful. I have no set goal as far as weight loss, but instead, I plan to drop as much body fat as I possibly can.

-No fast food. At all. This one should be much easier than it will be, but I'm a picky eater, and I pretty much hate food. I mostly eat out of boredom, if I'm hanging out with friends and they're eating. Fast food is always a quick and easy solution, but this year, I won't eat a single fats(keeping this fitting typo) food meal.

-No alcohol. I drink too damn much and I just end up pissing people off or cause awkwardness when I drink. So, no more booze for me. I'll go a year without it, see how that goes, and I may just completely give it up.

-Finish writing something for once. I have notebooks and notebooks and notebooks full of screenplays, short stories, etc. that I've began to write and then I just stop. This year, I will finish something.

this sums up my life pretty well...

it started out as one dudes solo stuff ( http://www.myspace.com/adamitstrue ), which was great. and then he added some awesome local musicians, and they became incredible.

no band in omaha can do crescendos quite like these guys. they nail their quiet parts, and those are great. but then they also can just shred live and some of their jam sessions are just breathtaking.

Yeah... apparently you have some damn good bands out there. I can definitely tell that these guys put on a really great show. Thanks for the new bands.
