  1. With 2009jerseys how are the sizes for the NFL jerseys? Are they pretty true to size? I've not owned an NFL jersey previously so I just want to make sure I'm getting the right size. I'm an XL tshirt but I'm kind of also in between like I could also swing a 2XL. I guess I just don't want to end up get a 2X if I'm going to be swimming in it. Just wondering if anyone who's ordered has any input?

I should also say I took my measurements with the sizing charts in mind and I'm an XL but they don't take into account stomach (ie shoulders and back).

  2. Awesome! Thanks! Definitely been looking to join something to keep track of what I've been drinking and hopefully get recommendations.

That was my main reason for getting the app originally.  So many beers sometimes its hard to keep track of which ones I've tried and whether or not it was any good.  The app does just that.  It also helps to know what beers your friends have tried so for instance I was making a birthday mix pack for my friend I was able to know for sure he hadn't tried any of them.

  3. Interesting.  PM me if you need still need help.  I can take a look at the table.  I have a strobe so we can check the real speed of the table.

Might also be wise to get a speed box or something which allows for tuning/control of the rotations.  For VPI tables, there is the VPI SDS.  I believe project tables have the speed box...actually.  I just checked...the Project Speedbox can't be used with the Carbon:

Best to check the belts, any platter resistance etc.

This one works with US Carbons:

Go to The Old Fashioned on the Capitol Square for microbrews. They have like 50 on tap, and 150 bottled beers that are all native to WI. I can't comment on what they have for vegan-friendly foods, but I love that place.

If you have time, do a brewery tour. There's Capital Brewery and Ale Asylum, and maybe Sprecher's as well but I'm not sure. I know Sprecher's has a restaurant that I've heard is cool from friends but I have yet to go there.

Basically all the record stores I go to have been mentioned already.

Indie-type shopping, I have no idea haha

I've only been to Madison 2 other times before tonight to go to shows at the Majestic however this time we left super early so we could make a stop somewhere fun. So we took your suggestion and stopped at The Old Fashioned and we absolutely loved it. Tried some great beers and had delicious burgers before our show tonight. I just really wanted to say thanks for the suggestion and I think I really like Madison.

  5. just checked again. i ordered it on aug 26, and its "preparing for shipment" with a delivery date of nov 1st by 8:00 PM. I also ordered it when it was $18 and its up to $20 now.

Mine is saying Preparing for Shipment as well, and I ordered it for $17.10 on Aug. 26th.  Looking forward to finally getting this on vinyl, and the alternate artwork opposed to the cd.  I'm loving this album.

  6. This is true but people will likely respond by pointing out how much, above-and-beyond, FIF's Kickstarter generated...I would like to at least see the people who committed $50 to this 2 years ago receive a hand-numbered version, if anything.  They deserve that.

Totally, I'm just saying the general idea of kickstarter is to do that, its not meant to be like a pre-order.  But I know if I paid $50 for the record to see it go for way less when they actually put orders up I'd be pissed as well.  Hopefully they do something awesome for how much money they earned on it.

  7. Shipping for me was only $4.98 for 2 records (My Epic and Everything in Slow Motion).  I've also never really had any issues with Merchnow packing things poorly.  Usually standard mailer with cardboard inserts.  This is probably one of the only places you'll be able to get the records unless you see the bands live or something.
