The colors... The colors...

4 copies? I have none. I assume those 3 extra are for helping out fellow board members, right? RIGHT?
NO WAY AM I SHARING!!!! I bought four because I will never let that Juan character upstage me! EVER!!!!!!
Sorry guys, I picked up the extras for friends. One picture of the four for my blog and then three are shipped off before this Canadian postal strike hits.

there was no merch tonight so i've been told. the just hit it and quit it. understandable given the circumstances. hope they make it home safe and said member gets the medical attention needed.
I just got back from Chaos In Tejas last night and am catching up on the message boards.
Converge most definitely had merch there. I picked up four copies of the Drop Dead split and the 20th Anniversary t-shirt (which is amazing looking by the way). I will get around to posting pictures on my blog at some point.
They played about 40 minutes with an urgency and fury I have never seen from them before. It was killer. Seeing Converge play outdoors in a small confined setting with a breeze on your face is just about heaven.
It was Nate who was sick. Not that would know it from watching him play. He raged.
That is all.

My love for this album knows no ends...

I guess a tour of Western Canada is out of the question?

Got mine yesterday. Posted about it on my record collecting blog here:
http://doug-wewillburyyou.blogspot.com/2011/05/touche-amore-to-beat-of-dead-horse-rsd.html
I had a hell of a time trying to take pictures of the thing. Lighting is a bitch.
Oh yeah, my smear is more black than green.

Polar Bear Club reject test/acetate vinyl press something up on ebay along with some rare OOP hardcore from First Step, Rival Mob and Fucked Up.

For more on the PBC record check out my blog : http://doug-wewillburyyou.blogspot.com/2011/01/bridge-nine-mystery-box-2010-bonus-7s.html

Got mine in today finally and let me tell you, it's a weird one...
I thought I ordered the Mystery Box #1 as I am a huge Have Heart collector. Turns out I ordered #3. I still don't know how I screwed that up.
Anyways, what I got in the package was no cds, no stickers, no posters, just a Blue Monday lp (awesome),the Polar Bear clear screened record that all #3 packages get and this:
The matrix reads "4-64509-M-A B9 Bonus 10:10 Polar Bear Club Drifting Thing Remix by Goldie".
So it is a test of a test or something of the PBC clear bonus record. It is one sided, plays(!) and still has the extra plastic from the pressing of the vinyl disc before it usually gets trimmed.
I can't imagine there are that many of these!
So PBC collectors - hit me up!
Sorry to reanimate this dead and buried thread, but after some thought I decided to sell this on ebay.
I know there are PBC fans here and they would appreciate this far more than I ever will.
Plus, I just bought a Floorpunch - Division One Champs on GOLD (!) and I am also trying to raise money for Chaos In Tejas so everyone wins by me unloading it.
I will post the ebay link in the other forum.
Thanks.

Few hours left. Help a brother out.

Hey Andrew,
I'm sure you will win it. These auctions are kind of hurting!

Up to the top!

Sunday bump.

I have a few ebay auctions of rare and OOP brand new, unplayed hardcore 7"s and lps. They are all doubles I had laying around and accumulated over time.
Bane, Ceremony, Blacklisted, Converge, Comeback Kid, Pulling Teeth, Mindset, etc.

Fuck this shit. I got the email and as an "international" order, he wants not only wants me to order another item but throw in double the postage.
I will definitely take the refund.
$50 magazines, comedy albums and cds. Yeah, I can safely say I have never seen a webstore with so much shit I don't want.
I can live without a live album.

Maybe I'm just a grumpy old man, but I think you guys have to aim a little higher or reevaluate what the definition of a "white whale" record is.
"white whale" = I'M NEVER GOING TO FUCKING FIND IT.
You know the whole Moby Dick, search your lifetime, all consuming, tortured soul thing? Yeah, that. Anything else is just a want list.
Have a great day.

It would be cool to make a new blog on the Top Most Valuable Hardcore Records.
Judge - Chung King Can Suck It
Necros - Sex Drive 7"
The Fix - Vengeance 7"
Youth of Today - Break Down the Walls red & blue vinyl
Chain Of Strength - True Till Death silver sleeve
Floorpunch - Division One Champs on gold
Chain of Strength - Chain Crew
Black Flag - Nervous Breakdown with brick background
Agnostic Front - United Blood 7"
Minor Threat - In My Eyes on red with Gary Cousins sleeve
I would do it, but I only have half of them.
SNFU appreciation

Nice to see nearly every Canadian on the board chime in!
If the documentry showed me anything, it was how important the Belke brothers were to the band. Brent, and to a way larger extent Marc, were the backbone.
If we want to talk appreciation, let's talk Wheatchiefs!!!!
