This is why I buy from Bandcamp whenever I can, so I can get decent-quality digital with my purchase (not to mention it supports the Artist directly).
Dropcards is so 1999.
Does anyone know a place on Vinyl Collective to post codes? I'm bashing Dropcards and their low-quality digital, but some people don't mind it. I'd rather they have it as opposed to just throwing it away.

This was a day-1 pre-order for me. Still waiting for the arrival. Can't sleep.
EDIT: I'm in Canada, though, so I'm used to waiting for things to arrive. But this here is special.

Maybe a stupid question, but does anyone want my dropcard digital download? Looks like I gotta buy a 7Digital copy for the FLAC cuz dropcards is just MP3, isn't it? I hope I'm not breaking any rules by asking, I just figure I paid for it and am not going to use it.
Man the LP is great, nicely recorded and nicely mastered. It's made for playing loud.

I may listen to Fox Confessor more often, but I consider Furnace Room Lullaby and Blacklisted to be classics. Ultimately, I enjoy everything she's done.
I'm still on the fence about the Case/Lang/Veirs LP, but sometimes it takes me years before an album finally grabs me.

This would be true to the original Mastering, based on my many years of listening to this album in various formats. It would sound very unnatural (to my ears) if it had a lot of bass.

In defense of Joyful Noise, I haven't had any problem whatsoever. In fact, the shipping has been lightning fast (arrives on or before release date) and it's a CHEAP FLAT RATE to CANADA when most labels are trying to charge twice of three times as much for shipping (yeah, like I'm ever gonna pay $25 USD to ship a single goddam record, pffft, I don't care what it is).
Does anyone know how Canadian shipping factors into the Sacred Bones subscription? I haven't received an answer from them yet.
