Haven't done VIP myself yet, but from what I've seen posted online, the signed print looks like an 8x10 live shot of the band signed by Isaac. Don't believe there is a photo op or a formal meet and greet type of situation, looks like just a small set of 3-4 songs that aren't on the setlist, a little pre selected Q&A, and the swag. VIPs who have met them and taken photos with them seem to be only meeting them after the show. I imagine they'll be even more cautious with their interactions during VIP now that they had that covid outbreak among the band last week.

Never received tracking number from them, but I have the USPS Informed Delivery app and it automatically showed up there once it shipped. 

Steve posted on IG to email [email protected] if you received the wrong variant. They said they will have the correct one mailed out to me by Friday, but in the meantime they asked that I return the incorrect one, as they need it to fulfill someone else's order. They did provide a prepaid shipping label. 

Anyone else receive the wrong version? Ordered the clear /500 and received black /1000.

Slept on the preorders and am looking to fix this mistake. Looking to grab this beautiful new album with the signed print! Of course I've got cash and we can talk a price, but would also be willing to trade any of the following albums I have signed. Can talk some other releases as well! Thanks!

I'm not sure if my body can handle 3 and a half hours of any band these days, hahah. Sounds like it was absolutely incredible, though. Good for FF to put on a real memorable night

That Metro show sounded like it was something special. I was lucky enough to catch them at one of the surprise shows they did in Brooklyn right before Reflektor came out in an empty warehouse. Ran into Win after in the alley behind the venue, couldn't have been nicer.

I would think so, seems like the only way. He hasn't said anything beyond that post or collected any info, so it's all still up in the air.  Just thankful they're aware of the situation and hopefully can sort everyone who got shafted by Amazon on Prime Day.

I believe he's already been banned from MT and all the other associated poster groups, which would explain why it's crossed over into here for some bizarre reason. Haha.

Anyone an idea how they handle this? Already had to pay extra import charges and when I need to return it I will have to pay about €32 shipping.

 

All 3 items are sold out and the one's I ordered are also sold out. (Ordered 2 Disney posters, received 3 and one of those is correct).

Mondo customer service is usually top notch. The import charges might be interesting, but Mondo usually does whatever they can to make things right. 

If anyone in the Brooklyn, NY area wants to get the new album signed, Rough Trade is giving out wristbands with purchase for an in-store signing on Sept 11th. Just picked up a pair, looking forward to it. Hoping they'll sign some of their older records, too. 

Not sure if you guys saw, but Robin posted on Reddit that they'd be looking to see if they can sign some copies now that they're on tour together and get them to those who can prove they had canceled orders. Would be a happy ending to a pretty disappointing story thus far.
