Went for the Blood Music pressing on transparent yellow w/blue splatter. Shipping is expensive, but I like how the colors match the artwork and I know the record will be done right. Also picked up the repress of Astronoid - Air on clear vinyl in the process
-
Just stumbled across these by chance on the European Profound Lore site:
http://aisamerch.de/profoundlore/en/
No pressing info as far as I can tell, but both records are available on black vinyl and gold. There's also a green/yellow mix with silver splatter for Eater of Birds, and a green with silver and black splatter edition for Gin. Went with the green ones myself, even though gold matches the artwork a bit better

/100 Still available from Relapse Europe!
EDIT: and gone...
-
Nice! Also available from Stickman Records for European customers btw. Different (unspecified) colors though
-
Ordered from the European store and got my copies in today. Happy that I got my hands on the purple/300, but I've got to say that the European version on milky clear looks especially nice

the video on the main page is awesome, they should have thrown in a DVD with a bunch of behind the scenes stuff instead of a zine.
Digging that video as well. Gonna stick to my yellow/purple copy of this though, the extra 12" and 7" aren't worth the price as far as I'm concerned

looks like there is a clear for this now too /500
Just saw this as well. Keep going back to the Earache site every now and then hoping to find gold back in stock. No luck so far...

Was bummed at first that my golden mead order had fallen through, but got the indie variant in the mail today and it looks great. Wonder how many copies there are though? Golden mead was limited to 1,000 I believe
-
Fuck, missed the gold. Got the silver though, which is something at least. Doesn't match the artwork as well though
-
Yes! Only album of theirs I don't have on vinyl

Is it SRC? I thought it was pretty clear that the only place to get the gold was directly from WITTR. I haven't seen any distro try to claim they were getting any.
No, Burning World. Not their fault though. I was (pleasantly) surprised they were selling the gold indeed, and figured they had arranged something to give European customers a chance as well. Ah well, just managed to order the indie variant somewhere else, so let's hope that ends up looking good
-
So, I preordered the golden mead version of this record a while ago from a distro, and was informed today they're unable to deliver since they were misinformed by their supplier and aren't getting any gold records at all. To top it off, they're only getting like 10 copies of the indie variant, so might not even get that one.. Sucks!

Just ordered that green/silver from the European SH store. Shipping costs are insane though
-
Fantastic album, loving "Bosses Hang"
-
Got the purple/pink merge and the European exclusive on milky clear. Nice!
-
Preorder for 2nd press is up right now, with Grand Opening on gold, Of Natural History on green, and In Glorious Times on bronze vinyl (and also black for all three). Just ordered mine since I missed out on the colored versions the first time around
-
Picked up both colored LPs. Thanks for the tip!

Got my indie 'bone color' vinyl in the mail today. Gatefold would have been nice, but overall the record looks quite good I think. Nice inner sleeves as well

so it seems like a couple of folks over at Discogs are complaining about pressing/sound issues with the EU (coke bottle) clear pressing, even single users with multiple copies. Any other EU folks here that can comment on this? I would like to have a nice copy if I spend 27€ (cheapest I could find) as opposed to about 20 for a black copy. This is shaping up to be a great album, but if the pressing sucks I'll gladly reside with the simple version.
I've detected no sound issues with mine, have played it twice so far
-
Definitely a very good album, and, as far as I can see now, it will probably be one of my favorite of theirs. Still waiting for my LP to arrive though, ordered the indie version (was afraid I was gonna miss the CF editions, which is exactly what happened), which is on its way. Hopefully it will be here soon
-
So, picked up my copy. Sticker says 'coke bottle clear' but looks like regular clear to me. No matter, glad to finally have this record in my hands
-
Preordered mine from my local record store, and just received an email I can pick it up tonight. Email also includes a rectification; the limited indie vinyl was advertised as being on cokebottle clear but turns out to be on regular clear. Would have liked the cokebottle but ah well
-
I wonder if the indie variant will manage to make its way to any European stores or distros. Haven't managed to find it anywhere so far..
-
I've actually received my copy already, got it last Saturday. Got the color in color vinyl, which looks neat, plus album sounds good! Also preordered the reissue of "Known Flood" (debut album) from The Flenser, which comes on swamp green vinyl. Good stuff!

So many options already.. Kinda glad I ordered the yellow w/ blue splatter Blood Music variant yesterday, so I don't have to stress too much about which option to choose. Only downside is that the BM variant doesn't seem to be limited at all.
