  1. Try these out - http://www.gonola.com/2013/04/20/gonola-top-5-new-orleans-record-stores.html

    2. Euclid Records – You’ll know Euclid Records when you see the bright pink house that’s refreshingly not so out of place on Chartres St. by the levee in the Bywater. Inside this gem of a record store that is relatively new to New Orleans, you’ll find an extensive collection of old and new vinyl, from the 50s to recent releases. Euclid Records is a proud participant of Record Store Day, so expect some good specials and in-store performances while digging for vinyl treasure. Visit Euclid Records at their new location, one block away from the old one at 3301 Chartres Street.

    +1

I've been to the main Euclid branch in St. Louis, MO a lot the last few years and it's always been a great experience. I imagine the NOLA one is pretty awesome as well!

  2. BillyA = TOP NOTCH seller!

He had an extra copy of Mad Season - Above from Record Store Day and offered to ship it at cost as I wasn't able to pick up one myself on RSD.

He had no interest in making a profit on this (which he easily could have on eBay I'm sure) and instead helped out a fellow collector out which I appreciate greatly.  Billy shipped it the same day I paid and I received it in almost no time at all. The packaging was excellent and record was just as described.

Not sure how often BillyA sells records but if you are ever planning to buy from him, buy with confidence! Very honest and friendly dude.

  3. Man...I am going to be broke when Black Friday rolls around. I need to get all of the Incubus, the Joe Strummer record, and most likely the Mad Season album if it is a reissue of "Above". Hopefully this stuff isn't too hard to get a hold of online because I will be in South Dakota for Thxgiving and there aren't any record stores remotely close to where I live! asgdfsdf
