has anyone seen them lately? i honestly havent listened to the ataris in forever but they are playing a small bar tonight and i think its like $6. just curious if they play any old stuff at all any more.

When I went to see them a few months ago, it was just Kris because one of the band's van transmission blew. He said he was able to play more old songs because it was just him, and the band only knows so many songs. I'd say $6 is worth it if you have nothing else to do.

This is an expensive hobby.

I just had a great customer service experience with No Idea. I had a problem with a download code, e-mailed PJ, and 30 minutes later he replied with a new code that worked.

I'll admit that I was tempted to buy the Bob Dylan collection when they still had it up. All of his albums plus a bunch of unreleased and rare stuff for only $200. Of course it was took down by the time I seriously considered getting it.

But this Beatles collection only has some mini-documentaries and a video of their first concert in the states. Who cares about that? Any big Beatles fan has already seen countless documentaries and what not already. But for the newest generation of Beatles fans who only buy digital music, this isn't too shabby a deal for them.

I don't want to sell my set of four because I like it a lot, but it's a little hard to justify keeping it at that price. I could just sell the four, grab 1 black copy, and then buy most of the other records on my want list.

Got this in the mail today, it sounds great! I was kinda bummed that the sticker was on the package instead of inside it though. Out of all the stickers I get with orders, I would have actually used that one. Love that logo!

Kinda bummed on this. Feel as though my record is incomplete. No sense in gettin' all salty though, i suppose. Can i suggest that all those who ordered the Acrophobe LP have first dibs on ordering the Houston LP when it's available? I'd really hate to never have the correct insert just because i heard about the preorder for Houston a day late.

BA is one of my absolute favorite bands of all time. I could go on a lot longer, but it's shit you've all heard before. Either way, i'd be heartbroken to never have a completed copy of this release.

Seeing as how Acrophobe is still up for sale, I think it's safe to assume that if you hear about the preorder for Houstan a day late, you'd still be able to get a copy.

I PO'd this along with some other POs and it just came...but without the 7". And I PO'd before this was even posted! Boo! There is a slim chance that it'll come with the other part of my order, because it was only partially shipped, but I am highly doubtful.

Serves me right for wanting to save some money by getting a bunch of POs in one order instead of splitting it up. What was I thinking? I hope that I get a blue Starfucker 7" when the rest of the order shows up...

I've gotten to the point where I have so much music that I have yet to listen to, that it doesn't bother me when this happens. If it takes a week or two to get to me, fine. If it takes a month or two to get to me, that's fine too. At least they let me know what is ready to ship, and what might take awhile to get in. That way, if I want it faster, I can decide if I want to cancel the item that needs to be canceled in order to make that happen.

I don't see what's so wrong with whiskey coke. It's the 15th anniversary color, and I think it's a cool idea. That being said, I can't wait until next year when people can complain about different colors.

I saw this band once, and I'm pretty sure there were more members in the band than there were in the audience. :-/ But they put on a good show regardless. I haven't checked out anything else than Choirs of the Eye though. Maybe I should change that...

The normal version is technically nicer!

I'm sure I'll be happy with the music regardless of what version I have.
