Recently finished "Out of the Silent Planet" by CS Lewis, and now I'm moving on to "Perelandra".

this is my favorite set of books. be prepared if you take on that hideous strength, it takes far longer than the first two combined.

i just finished the amazing adventures of kavalier and clay, well worth the length. started the confession of max tivoli today, good enough so far.

i havent been to a fest since fest 4, at which point i didnt have my dslr yet, but since then, i have taken it to almost every venue in gville with no problems at all. i wouldnt imagine they would be any more strict at the fest

i dont know if youre more into collecting, or if you want playable copies, but i have a copy of the pezcore pic disc (no yellow splash) autographed. most of them autographed in the center, but vinnie went onto the playable surface. pm if youre interested.

Thanks Daniel, however, the only thing that shows up in their store for me is that poster on the right side. I'm on MAC using Safari though...maybe that has something to do with it?

edit: the english version doesnt work. select deutsch from the dropdown menu and everything should show up. problem is, i cant read deutsch, ha. 5 euros plus shipping

when i saw them (in january) they had i believe every LP in that was in print for i think $10-12 (tour presses were $20). They also had all of chucks and the drafts vinyl. they were quite set up. since this was in FL and among the first of the shows, i dont know if they continued to carry that much around or not. now onto business...if you would please tell rob huddleston to keep ann beretta out of retirement for a little while and come back down to florida—if you are successful i will give you unlimited high fives!

so it sounds like regardless of how i go about doing things, if i end up in austin it will be fun...i hate making decisions.

Best part about SXSW this year was the Shirts For A Cure show that had about 8 million cases of Vitamin Water sitting next to the stage. I must've raided that stash a half-dozen times during that show.

im asking now because im trying to figure out if im going to be able to go. i know its a long way, but i figure the earlier i plan the more i save on hotel/airfare. plus my little brother is trying to plan it around his school schedule. that being said, would it not be worth it for him to go (he'll be 19) and what is the difference between a badge and a wristband that makes it so expensive?
