I won this record from one of Virgil's amazing contests, but I just cannot get into it. It is a first pressing, number 124/333 on blue marble vinyl with a hand screened cover. There are pictures on deadformat.net, but if you would like pics of this specific one, let me know. I honestly do not know what this is worth, but I am just looking to trade for something that I would be more interested in. Here are some things I am actively looking for:

the first song i heard was 'deep green beautiful levelling' off of the hwm split, and i was hooked

when i ordered the BVS records a while ago, i didnt get any shipping confirmation, they just showed up one day

ok, so i love ted leo, and death cab, therefore i travelled to see the TL/P and DCFC show when they were together...ted played three songs then flipped out cause he broke a string and decided he didnt want to play anymore. I then saw a ted leo headlining show a few nights later and he was so thrilled that they werent playing 'arenas' and 'he knows where he is wanted'...does he really think that this tour is going to be any better? btw, i have no idea what he was complaining about, there were definitely plenty of people other than me that wanted to see the pharmacists, and ben gibbard was totally supporting them during their set (telling people to buy TL/P merch before DCFC)...sorry for the rant, he just really lost a lot of respect from me that night, and i tend to overdramatize these things

so i actually slept through the mwY 7"...been looking for this for a while now, restock anythime soon?

i have a new shop in town that carries some decent vinyl. the store is new and is still growing. It kinda is a split store between records and merch and a vegan bakery/resturant. pretty cool and has some dope food even though i like meat.

And then there is another shop that opened in the back of a local skate shop. the skate shop has been there for about a year and the vinyl portion just moved in about 2 weeks ago. decent. but about 2 days ago the news came on with breaking news about how some lady was driving past the shop and her husband pulled up next to her and opened fire with a hand gun. she freaked out and drove through the front of the store. pretty crazy story, but now i am down to 1 record shop again until all the repairs are finished.

what stores are these? ive stopped going to cd connection entirely...so i need more stores

i havent heard the album yet, but i saw them on sunday and did not recognize quite a few songs, and they all sounded really good

i have had a d70s for almost two years, and really love it. however, i recently had a sensor issue with dead pixels and nikons service is sloooow. long story short, mack warranties has really awesome customer service, and regardless of what you decide, i would strongly recommend an extended warranty.

i am about to buy a new cartridge for my pioneer pl 400 direct drive table, and am considering either the audio technica AT120E/T Audio Technica Magnetic Cartridge or the grado green prestige. i dont want to spend a lot, but i want to upgrade from my 'universal' audio technica cartridge i bought at best buy 4-5 years ago. i have heard good things about grado, but that audio technica has a retail of $160 and is at Garage 'A Records for $70...any advice?
