I'm still stuck in limbo with my SRC order. It's Pending. That's a vague status. Could go either way. Hopefully Generation Records will have them tomorrow for RSD.

Things went downhill fast for them after they dumped their OG bass player. I liked them enough in High School to at least give this a fair chance.

Mine is still pending. Pending what though? Doom? Ugh.

They just changed my order status to Pending.

I recorded a demo with my old band at the same studio SSTB was tracked at. With the same engineer, Jason. It was around the same time too. It was pretty much an above average home studio. Nothing fancy at all. This could offer some insight as to why it doesn't sound amazing.

I placed my first order with VC about 2 weeks ago. I got an order confirmation, and payment was taken. I haven't seen any emails regarding shipping though. Is this normal? Does it usually take this long? I've emailed them twice about the status of the order, but have not heard anything back. Is this normal? I'm not trying to rush them or anything. I just don't like being kept in the dark. Is there a best way to get in contact with them? I tried both email address that I found on the website.

From what I can gather VC seems to be pretty awesome with communication & customer service. Not sure what is going on in this case. I've placed another order almost a week later and I've gotten shipping confirmations and tracking info for that one already. I wish someone from VC would get back to me.
