Looks like they pressed more black as well.  $30. Don't know the deal with the disclaimer, maybe they are using leftover jackets.

    Release Date: November 23rd, 2012

Please note, jackets are not shrinkwrapped and may be slightly damaged but vinyl is in mint condition.

  2. Could have easily spent lots of money.

Bill McShane: Basically there is the movie called “That Thing You Do” that came out a while back that is set in the ‘60s. It’s about this young high-school rock ‘n’ roll band that ends up having a hit song and becomes a No. 1 band. The band is called “The Wonders,” and they are from Erie, Pa. There are a couple parts in the movie where they’re like, “Back off, man; I’m from the Erie, Pa.…” I kind of like that idea, kind of like the Beatles – they came from Liverpool, and they made Liverpool famous. So this band in the movie kind of makes Erie, Pa. famous.

  4. What was included in the previous albums that made them deluxe? I'm about to pick up I and Love and You and want to make sure it's worth it haha

I & Love & You - Came in a linen box.  Instead of the gatefold cover the sleeves go in the box.  The art on the sleeves were also different from the sleeves in the 2xLP version.  Included CD, CD of demos, bandanna, and a bunch of pictures of the band/ artwork from Avetts.  First 1000 came with autographed print.

The Carpenter - Came in a wooden box.  No difference in the actual 2xLP.  With a calendar, CD of demos, pictures of the band.  First 500 came with autographed print.  First 1000 came with 7" Live & Die with B-side - The Clearness is Gone.  That 7" was also given out with purchase at Indie Stores.

  5. the store has a pop up at the top that offers a 20% discount on your next purchase by just entering your email address and country. this has not worked for me for the last two days. anyone else? would purchase this with 20% off. Might purchase at full price because of how bummed i am for not ordering their first ep's when they were available online...

Those EPs at least have songs not released elsewhere. You are paying for 5 songs that sound and play the same as the album version.  They could have easily repressed the Love Your Ground, Lend Me your Eyes, & The Cave and the Open Sea EPs as a collectors box set, charged the same price and still made bank.
