paypal call number 4!! guess what...........NOTHING supervisor wouldnt so anything either although he said he is writing an email to RJ which he will forward me. He said he would bring up his info and get me a phone number to contact him on but then he said that had been removed and there was no longer a contact on the account.. but yea seems supervisors in the uk still wont issue refunds...anyone else in uk had any luck?

i have called paypal 3 times now!! im from uk so obvoiusly they are different call centers! first time i enquired about a refund got told no called again politly demanded a refund got told no then tried again got angry told no countless times asked for supervisor and they were all conviently busy and they just gave me a complaints department email might try gain later i use paypal alot so i should be a valued customer right?

if you give up just like that, you dont deserve your money back. well ive done a paypal dispute, rang them, filed a claim with ic3 AND verbally abused RJ countless times.. i dot think there is much more i can do other than personally fly over to new york and try find the little biatch

i just got off the phone to paypal and they said they cannot do anything for me! they said call up your bank but i paid for my records with the balance i had in my paypal account gutted

the claims just disappeared straight away ! hope paypal still pick them up or im £50 worse off

i really didnt want to do it because i wanted the records so much but i too have now filed a claim! a gave him enough of a chance to respond to any sort of email and got nothing back hope this scammer gets caught

isnt there anybody who has ordered this record from new york? i was there last week on vacation (i live in uk) and would of gone over to the offices if i would have known. i was lead to believe that it would be through the post by the time i got back

when was the last time anyone was in contact with rj? i had this email from him on 28th feb 2012 We are on track for an April 10th release date, and this will not be missed. I apologize for all of the delays and confusion with this release, but I can guarantee it will be well worth the wait! Please let me know if you have any issues or concerns.
