Bury Me Standing is a great record. It's nothing like FlashFLashFlash but it's still top notch. I'm glad it's getting a proper release. Also, might it be possible that when it comes out they would play a couple shows in support of it? I sure hope so.

Yeah, it was a bad move. But nobody goes into this store ever, especially to look for things like that. The "friend" overheard the phone conversation, that's how he had the heads up.

Wanna hear a story about that particular copy right there? Sometime last week my brother called me up and asked me if the next day I could go to a record store right by my house and pick this record up for him. I didn't really know what it was or anything, but he told me it was there and 20 bucks. I walk into the store kinda early the next day only to discover his house/band-mate already holding the record laughing. What an asshole. My brother didn't even wanna buy it to throw on ebay. Man he was pissed.

I actually slept on the red; never expected such a delay. So if anyone has an extra copy of the red let me know so I don't have to spend a ridiculous amount of money on ebay. Thanks.

Yeah, one Black went for $153 and another went last night for $76. Crazy. Yesterday, Curmudgeon in central Jersey got in about 5 copies of the Euro. version. They were gone by 6pm; I got the last copy.

Also, besides another US press, it's supposed to be getting a pressing in Australia.

1. Sticks & Stones - The Optimist Club. This troublemaker here has only popped up on ebay like once and that was three years ago. One day it will belong to me.

2. World/Inferno Friendship Society - International Smashism on Orange out of 100. Sold at one show on July 20th 2000. Have never seen it on ebay. It's only a matter of time till we meet.

3. Bouncing Souls - Ugly Bill 7" on green w/insert. This isn't soooo hard to come by, but its slipped through my grips before. Grrrrr.

I think a better idea would have been a 7" for the Party song cycle. But that's all 6 years ago. Lets look forward and hope for new 7"s!

I would definitely be surprised if Jack had the test presses. I know he sold his one Tats copy to help two fans in legal trouble from one show gone bad; long story. So who knows where the tests might be, I highly doubt any of them ever turn up. Either way, great job dude! If you ever come across another Smashism on orange, let me know!
