i should probably get rid of about 10-20% of my records, but since I dont have to, I havent felt the need. Im actually starting to get into rarer stuff, so that limits it a little bit, I used to buy 4-5 new releases every tuesday - not doing that any more.

who doesnt want their items to retain/grow in value? its just common sense, whether you sell it or not. sometimes value doesnt even mean $$$, and it shouldnt be a word that has such negative connotations, since not everyone is thinking about reselling. if i knew it didnt affect play (it probably does) i think it would be pretty neat to have something like this.

has anyone ever modified their expedits to have a back or ledge to stop their records from pushing all the way through?

I use small spring tension curtain rods. You can pick them up at Walmart or Home Depot/Lowes for like $2 a piece. Just get one that will fit the cube width, adjust it so it fits snug, put it in the back, and you're done.

thats nice, i was going to nail some wood behind each cube, but that looks like it wouldnt be a bad idea at all
