  1. Sorry if this has already been mentioned. I'm just to lazy to read through the entire thread. It looks like these are the first 5 releases for the next Hydra Head releases. I'm glad Until Your Heart Stops, American Nervoso and Caring & Killing are part of this batch.

DROWNINGMAN - Busy Signal At the Suicide Hotline LP

    BOTCH - American Nervoso 2xLP

CAVE IN - Until Your Heart Stops 2xLP

    CONVERGE - Caring & Killing 2xLP

    DISCORDANCE AXIS - Jouhou 2xLP

Just bought this, botch and cave in are not coming here on rsd and i also really want the converge record, not to fused on drowningman or Discordance axis but willing to give then a go.

  2. Shouldn't have looked there, just bought the following.

    Baroness - First & Second - BROWN
    Torche - Harmonicraft
    Torche - Harmonslaught
    Mamiffer / Pyramids - Split - GREY

    Circle - Manner
Jesu - Heart Ache & Dethroned - WHITE

Brainoil - Death Of This Dry Season

Didn't know Brainoil had anything new out so that was a pleasant surprise, managed to avoid getting Harmonicraft up until now so was good to get one with a slipmat included. Took a bit of a gamble on the Circle LP and Mamiffer / Pyramids split since I haven't heard anything by them, I quite like just buying the odd thing now and then though.

  3. This rsd thing is very annoying for poeple don't live in usa...hope that a good ammount of botch and cave in will surface on line...i can see my self refresh the bcd page every 2 second during the night of the 21 april....

Yep, I hope there is a non RSD version that is a little less limited, or all 1500 go on bcd, otherwise I am unlikely to get anything.

  4. I guess the more pertinent question should have been, why are they selling tapes?

The answer to this one is easy, because they can. I'd make them too if it was me in charge and people were buying them.

I wasn't making a fuss about people buying tapes, they can do whatever they want with their money. I was just wondering if I had missed something and there was actually something positive about the sound from a tape rather than it just being part of a real life collect 'em up. The car stereo was a good one, lots of people do have cars with tape decks. Having said that I'm pretty sure that most people buying them will be collectors and the tapes will never be played. Not that I have a problem with that.
