Holy shit that is bad. Don't think I'll be purchasing it either now! Unbelievable. -

Including $20 postage it's only £22 to get them delivered to the UK from IVWT, I'll probably go with them. Thanks though! My local record store who are super reliable can't sell it for any lower than £31 for the double LPs and I think it was £26 for the single. Devestation! I've also never ordered from What Records. I don't know why but their website just seems a bit cheap to me, it puts me off -

Does anyone know if this is available to pre-order in the UK? They're £34 each on HMV.com, obviously I'm not willing to pay that much for a double LP. I can't seem to find anywhere else that has put it up for pre-order. -
PO: The Cribs - In the Belly of the Brazen Bull

I think the vocals are too low in the mix but I really like it. The last 4 songs that are really just one is incredible. I also love Back to the Bolthole -

I've heard (and reviewed) the whole record. Really not feeling it. I simply cannot put in to words how jealous it makes me that you've heard the whole thing. -

You can now pre-order this from Best Buy in the US: http://bby.us/?c=BB0099020094069 -
I don't even know how anyone can argue that the 'deal' wasn't misleading at all. Haha

Over what? They didn't order a 7", it was a free gift. Because if they knew they were getting a ruler a lot of people wouldn't have ordered, or another example is that lots of people have paid loads more for international shipping when they could have just ordered certain things from a local distro and saved money.

I see a lot of PayPal claims in their future

Official RSD 2012 information/releases thread
lager replied to scottheisel's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
The Cribs are releasing their new single Come On, Be A No One for RSD. Clear red vinyl limited to 500. Well, my local say it's going to be out for RSD but you can pre-order it from Wichita's website, as well as recordstore.co.uk and Rough Trade. -

Yeah the remastered LPs from the boxset are going to be released individually. You can already buy them at Piccadilly Records in Manchester. http://www.piccadillyrecords.com/shop/search.php?search=the%20smiths%20remastered -

A good read but there's a few things that aren't right that for some reason really bugged me! e.g. it's Jarman not Jarmon (Another article I read the other day spelt it Jarmen haha) and only Gary lives in Portland! Which songs have you heard? I wasn't really impressed with Chi-Town at first but it's really grown on me. I was lucky enough to see them twice on the recent 4-date UK tour they did. Back to the Bolthole is an incredible song, definitely my favourite of the ones I've heard so far. On a side note do any Americans have the US tour only 7" of I'm A Realist? The one with the Postal Service remix as the B-side? I own every record the Cribs have released (as far as I know) but that one. It's still eluding me to this day :'( -
Hopefully I put an order in on time. Got the Verse - Aggression LP.

I'm all for a US release but if it varies from the UK version I am gonna be skint! -

The Cribs are my favourite band, I really can't wait for this album. I will go apeshit if I win one of those golden laminates! -
Shipping to the UK was $32.50 That is some expensive shipping!!!!!

I got the Live at the Aragon 2LP & DVD release for £13.49 (£3 delivery) last week from here http://store.ukundercurrent.com/store/products,live-at-the-aragon_864.htm It is an insane price for this and I didn't actually believe I'd get it for so cheap until it arrived. It was still sealed, and really well packaged, too. Gonna have to get the 2LP Hunter on my Christmas list, cheapest I can find it is amazon.com for £33 delivered, but I'm not even sure that would arrive in time
-
A guy who works in one of my local record stores today said that the 2LP version is US only
-
They had the 1LP in my local record shop today so I impulse purchased it. I've definitely got worse sounding records but I'm gonna have to get the 2LP now to compare it
