I can see this happening in the next few years. I think this on wax requires more patience than prayer.

It isn't a Zelda Game, it's a Dynasty Warriors game. That's why it feels that way.
Yeah exactly! It feels really surreal to play because the character skins seem out of place. The "story" is so bizarre too, because let's be real, there is no story to that game.

Played Hyrule Warriors last night. It's weird. It's fun but it doesn't feel like a Zelda game. Compared to the rest of the series it's super immature and lacks substance, there's no sense of exploration which is the heart of the series. That said, it's fun to play because of how hectic it is, it's just one gigantic onslaught. It definitely won't be anyone's favorite Zelda game, but it will be fun for a playthrough. My fear is that it will probably become something that sits on the shelf and you occasionally boot it up to play a single level for the rush. For anyone bored of the series' formula it's a fun fresh idea.

I'm in need of a new dry brush. I bought the AudioQuest brush about three months ago, and noticed my records starting sounding noisier, but I could not pinpoint exactly why. I just put on a white record and realized that the bristles have been coming off and into the grooves, like, a lot. It's crazy. I use the brush properly, and I don't dig it into the grooves, so I'm thinking this brush just sucks. Any better, sure-fire alternatives? I have tried two types of carbon fiber brushes, the old and new discwasher, and they all have big downfalls.
EDIT: Just used my dry micro fiber cloths, seems to have worked decently.
There's so much shit talk on different brushes on here but not a lot of positive stuff. I have no idea what a good brush even is because VC can't agree. What is the Debut Carbon/ Marantz of brushes VC?!

Oh yeah, rubber toe cap AND an airbag. Love it.

I second that Inside Llewyn Davis was really good!^

Say what you want but I'd kill for the comfyness of a new pair of Globe Avert or CTIV.
I think the Averts had a rubber toe cap? That is just starting to come back now for the first time in a decade. And those Chet Thomas pro models were crazy, they were like moon boots. The good old days.

Those are dangerously close to the round toe abomination that etnies, dc, and every other skate brand puts out 9 times over.
No way! They're nothing like the Court Graffiks. Those are downright awful. In terms of construction, boardfeel, and style, the Accel is a masterpiece! The CG's are the laughingstock of the skate shoe industry, but the Accel is among the most respected!
This company just came back after being on hiatus. I'll never buy another shoe again

What are those? I used to own a pair of Reefs that looked just like those.
The eS Accel. I'm gonna look up those Reefs I've never seen those.
Ohhhh man. The eS accel was the best shoe. Still relevant now even after the company called it quits for a few years. Most mid 2000's skaters owned this shoe. I had so many pairs.
I'm so glad they're back. Puffy skate shoes never go out of style, no matter what way the trend wind blows.

I'm not super into them, but for anyone that doesn't know, Guided by Voices broke up again.

Just picked this up, so fucking pumped

Leftover Crack. They're in purgatory it seems.
They're doing a run of shows next month and have a new release in the works Stza said somewhere recently.

Brooklyn's favorite anarcho-punk cabaret's new album is up for pre-order on Alternative Tentacles records (because Chunksaah records is closing up (kind of)). You can pre-order it here if you like:

Such a bummer. The church is iconic. I'm not from Philly so I only ever got to go to one show there, but it's legacy is legendary.

Hell yeah! Big Lizard is one of the best things to ever happen in music.

Jonathan Coulton's "Artificial Heart"

It'll come in a box that has a picture of a box that's been cut in half so you can see what's inside it (records).

From my understanding the Zune was/still is the best standalone MP3 player, it just never took off.
Yeah it's really nice, just no one was interested because Apple owns the market so much.
