I don't think I can get behind this whole amiibo thing. So, what, it makes your dude stronger? Doesn't that make the game...y'know...too easy? I can see in Super Smash, where you're playing against others who may have one, but in a 1 player game?

 

Maybe I just don't understand how they work, though. If that's true, please enlighten me.

Played about 12 hours of the new Smash Bros. yesterday. Played for about an hour at my house, then went to my friends house around 2:00pm and played from 3:00pm-8:00pm with 6 of my other friends. We played a shit-ton of 7 man Smash. It's so crazy and ridiculous but it's so fun. Then around 8:00pm we went to my cousin's house where he was having a party to celebrate the new Smash where there were about 9 more people. We ended up playing 2 tournaments on 2 different TV/Wii U setups until around 2:00am. I usually play Luigi but I was really feeling Wario last night. I didnt do amazing or anything but I was happy with how I played. God I had so much fun. I'm so happy this game is finally out.

Oh! Also finally beat The Last Of Us. Goddamnit what an amazing game.

Awesome! I have to pick it up I'm itching to play it. And, yeah The Last of Us, holy fuck. So good.

There is this place in brooklyn called BAD Burger, with a 90% convertible to vegan menu . Just as "low" quality and delicious as food swings.  Open 24/7!  I recommend although it's not as good.  Their chicken sandwich I got sucked, but the nachos with bacon and cheese and beans and guac were fucking amazing.

 

 

 

 

 

Also I found vegan cool whip at my whole foods, and it's SOOOOOO GOOD.  I might make mudslides or whatever those cool whip brownie icecream cakes are called.

What a motherfucking bummer. I've wanted to check out some of the other places but those are just areas of the city I end up in a lot when I'm there. I'll hit up Bad Burger the next time I'm there though!

I just got a new job that requires me to wear steel toes. I haven't owned a pair of boots at all since I was like 12. It's just all vans everyday. There seems to be slim pickings around for women's safety boots and most of them are butt fucking ugly. I don't even really mind picking up a pair of men's but does anyone have any tips for finding vegan steel toe boots?
