Has anyone received a shipping confirmation for there Takers record yet. I am dying to get this as I can only listen to the stream at home and not at work. SUch a bad ass record.

i'm pretty sure it was a US release on orange vinyl because I got mine when it first came out. Their second album i'm a fucked up dancer was an epitaph europe only release.

it looks like others have the same issue. http://www.fixya.com/support/p149532-yamaha_r_v1105_5_1_channels_receiver If it is still under some kind of warranty I would see if you can get it fixed using the warranty. If it is not I would open it up to see if the cooling fan is still working or in the correct place. I would also look at the fuses to see if any are burnt or if the board has any scoring on it from clipping. good luck.

I got the Green Splatter in the mail today. The jacket is pretty sharp and it also comes with a full download of the alblum thru dropcards. I ordered Tuesday morning and it came today which is nice for the $8.25 I paid for shipping. I do have to clean the record first before playing because it has sand in grooves just like the Ben Weasel did a few years ago.
