But he seems to know that a pressing with the actual artwork with Gambino's face on it has been pressed. From the way I read it, it seems to me like he knows what he's talking about. But maybe that's just me hoping for an actual pressing so I don't have to pay out the ass or search for one of these 'bootlegs' in a town where no one buys vinyl and there's only one record store near here.

Local record store didn't get it so I just went on to Target and bought the CD. I looked at the tracklist and apparently Macklemore was supposed to be on earth: the oldest computer, but I guess they couldn't get rights for it or something in time cause it comes with a revised track 18 on a separate sheet of paper.

 

Edit: By revised track 18 on a separate sheet, I meant like the credits for the song, not like a download or something. Idk if anyone took it that way, but just gonna clear that up now.

It's crazy how I just started buying again like 2 weeks ago and I've already bought six albums. I'm hoping my collection continues to grow cause I only have thirty-something right now.

we had a johnny rockets in our mall back home. always just seemed like "mall food" to me

 

I really like cheeseburgers and milkshakes haha and the atmosphere is pretty cool. I know it's not that great but I just love the little 'diner' vibe it gives off.

 

To add, the only things I ever eat anymore are chicken fingers, pizza, cheeseburgers. 

We don't have Johnny Rockets in Texas so.

 

Johnny Rockets is so good, haven't eaten there in a while. I actually forgot about it and there's not one around here. The most comparable thing is Steak N Shake and the closest one is ~45 minutes away, but me and my friends have taken a couple trips just to go there cause I love it so much haha

never used last.fm, and haven't had this computer for long. I also usually listen to music on my phone and it doesn't keep play count, but I just put the last.fm app on there to where it scrobbles my songs. My name is just: popscratch

Has anyone ever been able to finish all the fries they're given when at Five Guys? Those fries could feed a whole family for like 2-3 days before they run out.

I placed another order literally 5 mins before (I saw V&V was available after I placed the order so I place another one) and I got shipping conf on Thursday for that one but my V&V order is stil "being fulfilled"

Huh, that's weird, I might email them. That's what I did, they told me mine had been canceled but maybe yours will still go through.

I was able to order one on Tuesday when a few went up, but it still hasn't shipped :/

 I know some of those sound really stupid, especially Miley being on there but listening and singing along to Bangerz with some of my friends is some of the best memories of the year, so it needed to be on there haha. And I actually hated P!ATDs album at first but it really grew on me since it came out.

I really don't like cold/leftover/anything other than recently cooked pizza.

 

Maybe I'm just doing it wrong but leftover pizza is always worse than fresh pizza.

I feel that my age group was force fed college starting in Middle School. I was told all sorts of crazy shit growing up, " If you don't go to college you will be homeless", If you don't go to college you will never move out of your parents house.", " If you don't go to college you will never have a job or family."

Sure kids went to school and have successful careers, but in my age group(31) for everyone with a nice money making career 3 are working minimum wage jobs and burying themselves deeper and deeper in debt.

I never went to school, I am happily married and own a home, am I a millionaire? No. Am I miserable? No. Am I comfortable? Yes. Thats all you can really ask for.

I definitely don't think everyone needs college. My brother didn't go and now he works a normal job weekdays and then runs sound and lights for concerts/plays on weekends. He's definitely comfortable financially and he just bought his own house. I just feel like college was right for me.

I go to school for entertainment business, I know it wasn't the smartest move in most people's eyes but I don't think I would have been able to concentrate in a different major. If it doesn't pertain to my interests, I can't focus. We do learn a lot though. Plus, the industry is based mostly on experience, so degrees don't get people far anyway. I mostly do it to make my family think I'm not a waste of space. (Which makes me sound like a trust fund kid, but I'm not. I got a few rad scholarships and I'm in debt for the rest. Hollah.)

No, I'm going to UNA.

And I totally get that having a degree isn't going to give me an edge over someone who doesn't have one in this industry, but it's not going to be a disadvantage. I definitely have learned a lot this past semester, it was just the project that was really stupid.

Our program makes us have a minor as well so I plan on getting one in marketing. And hopefully that will look good on my resume.

Believe me I'm taking every opportunity that's being given to me, and I'm trying to start booking shows for one of my friend's band. It's just been hard to do that right now with finals and everything.

what are you hoping to do with a degree in "Music Industry" after school? (just curious)

The two things that I'm looking at are being either an A&R rep or do some type of marketing with a label.

My first Music Industry (called Entertainment Industry here) class wraps up on Monday with our exam. Our final project was a 4 page paper, that as long as you had the minimum of 4 pages and 5 sources you got a 100, no questions asked. To get an A in that class I have to make a 92 on this last exam, so I've been studying a good bit today for it. 

 

^ But Nicky's sounds really fun, hopefully as I advance throughout the Entertainment courses we get to do things like this.

 

The only really cool thing I've been able to do was volunteer at the tobyMac a couple weeks ago.

My Paypal says the order's still pending, anyone else got this? I know they've got a lot to ship from Black Friday, but I would think they would have already sent this out or at least processed it.
