First time in a few years that I didn't line up in the morning, got there around 3pm figuring I would grab a few non-RSD things to support my local shop except I couldn't get inside because it would've required walking through a band who they had playing at the front of the store, and through the crowd watching them. If anyone ends up grabbing an extra Hudson Mohawke/Watch Dogs 2 record I would be happy to take it off your hands.

Personally, I would stick with the International Shop because as I said, I've only been made aware of import duty affecting one UK-to-Canada order among hundreds (thousands, actually). Shipping is cheaper that way, so it's really up to the customer's discretion. 

 

That being said, you should definitely not be getting an error in either store (you should have the ability to check out in either one). Was your cart mixed containing both US and "- International"-suffixed items?

Ah maybe I had it mixed up by accident.

So Canadians are back to ordering from the International shop? I'm getting a "we do not ship to this location" when I try and check out from the US store. Any chance the Cassette will be added to the International store, in this case?

Has anyone compared a silk screen version of this to the standard issue?

Either the silk screen is super subtle or they sent me a standard version. 

I still don't have my Formlessness LP + CS, didn't order KEXP.

Was very happy to find Glimmer and an orange copy of Galactic Melt in the international store the other week. 

The Galactic Melt was listed as the Orange cover version but I figured that'd be way too good to be true. 

Just preordered the new Jacaszek and Geotic LPs. Excited!

I got Clumsy on Friday from Amazon.ca. I haven't had a chance to spin it but the packaging is okay, Nothing special. Vinyl is black and pretty heavy weight.

I'm in Canada too. According to the app AfterShip it's being shipped Swiss Post? It's weird and I wish I knew where it was.

It's definitely not a remake based on the character names, though I also haven't seen the movie. 

There's no sign of any other "worlds" in the show either. 

I really enjoyed the first episode. Excited to see what's to come. 

Yeah that's going to get super annoying if they're going to repost it every night. BtS and Alex G played in Toronto last week so I'm assuming that's where its coming from. Knowing there were copies there but I couldn't afford a trip to Toronto at the time only makes it worse.

I'm really digging the comp so far. REA and Blithe Field is a definite standout. Also Weird Honey and Extinguisher.
