thomas
I bought a record on ebay today and paid like I normally do, however it is stating "unclaimed" in my paypal and shows up as a pending payment on ebay. I've never had this happen before, any idea why? I'm also bidding on something else from the same seller and don't want to send them more cash if they are not legit. Yeah, I've had it happen to me when people pay me with e-checks. I however did not, I paid with money straight from my account and paypal says it's unclaimed on his end. celebdeath
i think its something to do with the way his account is set up. if i remember correctly, you need to set your paypal account to accept payments automatically. if you dont, you will need to physically claim each and every payment that is sent to you. as i say, i THINK this is what is happening. the seller guy just needs to click on the button to claim the money and it should work itself out. sewbr0
Payment Type: eCheck The eCheck payment you have received will show an Uncleared status until the funds have cleared from the buyer's account - usually three to four business days. Please do not ship any merchandise to the buyer until this payment clears. thats what mine says.
celebdeath
yeah. i got one of these echecks too. unclaimed and uncleared monies are 2 different things in paypal, so for uncleared checks, should only take a couple of days to clear. you'll get another Notification of Payment from paypal when it goes through. kellyjanice
this happened to me when I misspelled the email address but I assume you just clicked the pay now button and it automatically dropped you into paypal right? that is odd if that is the case. email him and make sure he sees the money on his end if not you will prob have to cancel payment and do it the old fashioned way by entering his address in the send money section. desensitizedbyu
Someone sent me their email but it was wrong, and I canceled, but it hasn't given me my money back. When will I get it?

I won't pay for the other item if I win in 30 mins, until he gets back to me. Dude has only has 1 feedback, let's hope he is not a scammer who fucked up .
