It has a foiled cover and comes with a CD as well. I took the plunge when I pre-ordered it and paid $30, but I stumbled across it again on Amazon today and they lowered it to $24. I literally 'chatted' with them and they refunded me the difference as credit, not bad! I think it has to be within 7 days though.. I've had this 6 total.
