MCDELTAT Posted July 7, 2015 Share Posted July 7, 2015 This single sided 12" with an etching / screenprint trend sucks. I would much rather just have a 7" or 10". Awesome this is getting pressed, but I wish they weren't doing that. I talked to Zac about this at Warped Tour actually. The reasons he does it are 1) It saves money from having to make stampers for both sides. 2) Some of the records they've put out on 1 sided 12" wouldn't fit on a 7" without sounding horrible, especially since most of their songs are pop-punk or loud rock, cutting the grooves loud and tight would be a bad call.
