I currently own nine out of the ten physical media (unofficial and otherwise) items Polyphia have ever released. This is the last piece I am missing. Below you can find a photograph of aforementioned Polyphia collection, as well as a few sites to attest to my credibility. The strongest one being a metal collectors group on Facebook where I have successfully completed hundreds of transactions as both buyer and seller.
