Haven't talked to them directly but according to their FAQ they only ship around the East Asian countries. However Amazon.co.jp seems to also be getting copies in. The new reissues are all available for pre order and the old reissues are also in stock. You could try the japanese amazon link I posted above. It does cost more than yesasia and says it's temporarily OOS but it might become available again?
