None of these were ever commercially available, and many have full art and/or bonus tracks unavailable on any other release. Thrice is just one track in a full-art digipak (it looks very similar to how The Artist In The Ambulance album looks). The Thursday single has the radio edit and album version of "Signals Over The Air." I actually have never watched the DVD, though, but I think it's just the music video and nothing else.
