Back in the early 90s I was forced to sell off my collection of Metal vinyl I owned.. pic disks, live, bootlegs etc.. rare stuff I cannot find today for the life of me. So I have decided to replenish based on best version of the release I am after. i.e. U.K. or Holland Or Japan etc.. Well I am here to see if anyone has these answers but I cannot seem to find a thread dedicated to this. Would someone be so kind as to point me into the right direction. I am only trying to acquire original year releases, but the best version of that release. For example after a bit of crazy research I found out that Black Sabbath Heaven and Hell best version seems to be the original Holland pressing. close second being the US release BSK 3372. learning but not close to where I would like to be. so.. any help would be awesome. Han Solo Posted January 16 Share Posted January 16 "What version is the best" is an entirely variable question. Do you want the ones that sound the best? One with alternative artwork? One remastered or with extra songs? The one that looks the prettiest? Everyone is gonna have a different perspective. All versions of all albums are listed on https://www.discogs.com/.
