Some people prefer a queued system where the data is checked on the input, but being able to view the data is delayed. Some prefer the ability to create data and fix errors on the fly with the risk of occasionally having incorrect data. Even with a system where the data is checked before it is publised like DF for example, errors can and do exist. Nothing is perfect its just matter of method you prefer.
