There's about 10 differnt people to e-mail on their site and I have not heard back from anyone. Kind of ridiculous. Just checking to see if anyone has ever had problems with them. That's just kinda crappy no matter how you look at it. 3 weeks is nothing, but not receiving anything, not even a single e-mail after about a week and 1/2 after the initial one is kind of a pisser. That's just kinda crappy no matter how you look at it. 3 weeks is nothing, but not receiving anything, not even a single e-mail after about a week and 1/2 after the initial one is kind of a pisser. agreed. a little customer service goes a LOOOONNGG way. it only takes a few seconds to knock out an email and happiness prevails. otherwise, you get situations like this. however, there might be only 1 bloke doing the emails (ala robotic empire with international orders) or 2 people that run the whole show (the mylene sheath), so delays could be inevitable.
