music4ever
Okay, so my table has to be screwing up on me. I've had absolutely no issue with any of my records up until the past week. I can't play a single album without it skipping all over the place. It started skipping when I moved my player from one side of the room to the other, but I didn't bump it or anything so I know that's not the issue. I don't see anything wrong w/ the needle (dust/break). I tried adjusting the anti-skate and the counterweight and that didn't seem to do anything productive. I took off the stylus and reattatched it and that seemed to help a tiny bit, but not enough.
melikecheese
It sounds like your needle doesn't have enough weight to hold it down and rid in the grooves, one of your counter weights may have been moved when you moved the table. Check the one at the end of the arm opposite the needle. Might be like a donut around the tone arm, see if you can't push something forward toward the needle. This will help apply more weight to that end of the arm and help that needle get its groove on.

xxmartinxx
Also, make sure your table is level. That's hugely important.
