It used to be an operation that offered free medical aid expeditions (two or three day clinics) to third world and war torn areas. Recently, due to the economic down turn, they've been working in the US. In 2009 their schedule is all inside the US. Kind of a bummer. Anyhow, feel free to check them out, it's pretty much all volunteer based.
