There is no denying even if you do hate the series the impact this game has had on how games were developed. nefariousfig Posted May 5, 2009 Share Posted May 5, 2009 I'm surprised so many people are saying that Vice City was their favourite. That was by far my least favourite - it introduced almost nothing to the series other than motorcycles, and felt the most cash-grabby of any of the GTA games (though it was still ridiculously fun). San Andreas was my favourite, but GTA4 was amazing too. I know a lot of people didn't like the semi-serious tone that GTA4 took, but I really appreciated it. It had so much shit to it that you couldn't deny how amazing it was, even if you weren't into the story/game. Your dude had humor, personality, you could get him ripped, ride bikes, determine how good you got with weapons and driving. Shit was off the hook in depth.
