podface
i'm going to the san diego con in a couple of weeks with my boss.. im mainly interested in going to the panals while my boss is spending every minute trying to get sketches and commissions from artists. hes been talking about his collection alot recently and showing me alot of cool art hes collected over the years, and i thought itd be cool to bring home some cool peices of my own while im at the biggest con in america. anyway.. i'm really into ed mcguinness and skottie young... i love that cartoony exaggerated style without going too crazy (sam kieth, although hes awesome too).. i was just wondering if you guys knew of any other artists with a similar style... (relatively unknown comic artists would be cool too for a cheap commission!) eds deviant art page: http://skage.deviantart.com/gallery/ skotties deviant art page: http://skottieyoung.deviantart.com/gallery/ thanks! kurtz
Thanks a ton! That will save me from paying the ebay prices for the sketchbook after the con.
