Say "Look, some shit came up and it's actually going to be a bit longer before I can ship these, but I absolutely will do so and if I can't do so by _____ then I'll send you a refund." Also, saying that they were shipped before they really were... people are going to realize when they don't get there, or when they get there super late with a ship date two weeks later than what was said.
