stegabilly
I was wondering if someone could help clear this up for me. I was just wondering what releases Dude ranch has seen on vinyl. There were the presses on mightier than the sword earlier this year, which I saw on discogs, but were there ever any earlier pressings of this record? I'm just a tad confused. exitenglish1208
didn't geffen or another label press it on 2000 copies? the labels are different, mine has the barrel of a 6 shooter, which the MTS ones didn't have
manicdogbert
Grilled Cheese/Cargo pressed Dude Ranch on vinyl when it was first released in 1997. not sure how many were pressed but it was probably between 2K and 5K

Fartcat
How much are the original black pressings going for these days?
mayoroftelevision
i was actually lucky enough to get one of those 10 years ago on ebay for $20. i didn't buy a copy of the new ones and don't know the pressing info, but could always take a picture if you wanted to see any differances. because i had the original press of the ataris "blue skies" and i think it was the back of the cover that was different from this new one. monkeyboy182
The last original Dude Ranch went for $54 on eBay. I have seen some go for more. Here is some pics of the original.

Here is some pics of the original. yeah i used to see them go for a lot more than that. guess when it got repressed i may have gone down in value to the average buyer who just wants any copy. maybe i shouldn't keep saying it was one of my best deals ever on ebay. monkeyboy182
The original sounds amazing, compared to teh MTS pressing No offence to RJ
manicdogbert
i wouldn't say that the original pressing sounds "amazing" but it definitely sounds better than the MTS pressing.
