I feel like I live in the middle of everything as it seems to take a half hour to get to LA, half hour to Disneyland, half hour to Long Beach, etc etc I live in Uptown Whittier in a house I own. I have 2 pugs. Nice backyard, pretty big house with a pool table. Washer/dryer. Live next door to a park and across from a preschool that rents out classrooms or something. So basically only have 1 neighbor and she's awesome. The old roommie paid 600 plus utilities. If you're interested, PM me! Thanks!
