AlexH.
Wait, people seriously use checkmyvinyl? Pretty much every other site is easier to use/better looking. What is the advantage? The extremely active message boards?
philviral
It started bugging out for me a couple months ago, switched to Deadformat. The thing I really liked about it was that all the fields for artist, title, label, pressing info etc were all separated out. Oh and the unlimited number of pictures you could upload. themullet89
I liked that the fields were separated, but it just kept flaking out a lot, so I switched over to deadformat

beardinc
The thing I really liked about it was that all the fields for artist, title, label, pressing info etc were all separated out. Oh and the unlimited number of pictures you could upload. It has seemed to be down quite often lately, but I can't stand the single line format of deadformat. Are there any other good ones I might not know about?

blackswanns
I like the "for sale/trade" column. this is helpful when trying to contact someone about a sale or trade.

edgedestroys
I know this thread's 5 years dead but I'm gonna unearth it for a hot minute here. Par the course the site's being goofy and when I try to sign in, it doesn't actually do anything. Been trying for a few days to login but yeah. Curious if anyone else that uses CMV is having this issue? It's a bummer there's no way as far as I know to contact whoever mods the site with issues. For how nice I feel CMV is since the update, it's always seemed like an afterthought to whoever runs it. I know there's always the "you should just switch to deadformat" option but of all the list sites I've looked at CMV still suits me ideally (when it's working at least). Working on rebuilding a backup list elsewhere right now but I'd rather not switch.
