chlihead
I recently bought a record. The condition was stated as M/M and the record should be CLEAR. What I got was: A record packed in a box in which you could send some baby-elephants. Wihtout any protection and so - the frontside has now a big waveform and the record itself...it looks brilliant and RED (translucant) I guess I will get my money back (hopefully), BUT and now comes the shitty-part. I have to pay to send it back. This really pisses me off. Why the heck do I have to pay this bloody postage, for something I didn`t caused? It is the sellers good-will. Pffff bloody hell
blackswanns
On my auctions I make the buyer send it back and have them pay if and only if they want to return it for a full refund. Now if I'm unable to get my auctions and orders right and send the wrong items then they pay to send it back and I reimburse them for my mistake. chlihead
Sure, if they just wants to send them back...for no reason, then it is the buyer who has to pay the postage. I also made recently a mistake, and I paid the full amount plus the postage...but I think I didn`t had to...which is just unfair..
One Hundred Fifty-Two
The buyer should pay for it to be returned to prevent people from abusing return privileges.
