funsaimandignite
Hey guys, I just found this: German: http://www.amazon.de/Louder-Than-Bombs-Vinyl-LP/dp/B007FGPYTE/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1333302118&sr=8-4 American: http://www.amazon.com/Louder-Than-Bombs-Smiths/dp/B007FGPYTE/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1333302164&sr=8-7 Do you guys know anything about that? Is this the remastered version by Johnny Marr like the "The Queen Is Dead" version that came out not too long ago? I wasn't able to find anything about it. rue
Are they not just the individual vinyl releases of the Marr remastered box set from last year?
funsaimandignite
I sure hope so, because in my opinion the remastered The Queen Is Dead is great. But I wasn't able to find anything about that.
jpearin
I've heard terrible things about The Queen Is Dead reissue/remaster - primarily Moz' vocals being buried. I don't know how to feel about this. I've got an OP. We'll see.
josh83
I also seen that the other compilations Hatfull of Hollow, and The World won't listen are coming up for pre order on Amazon, I too have all the OP's I always thought they had some of the better sounding records for their time don't know how much of an improvement the new versions are. darkeyelids
These are the same presses that were included in the recent complete boxset. I personally think they sound amazing, better than the rhino reissues for sure
lager
Yeah the remastered LPs from the boxset are going to be released individually. You can already buy them at Piccadilly Records in Manchester. http://www.piccadillyrecords.com/shop/search.php?search=the%20smiths%20remastered
