I was researching turntables for a friend the other night and I saw a new Crosley that mentioned it has a diamond stylus and a magnetic cartridge.....now I've never owned a Crosley nor do I plan on it but does it seem like they're trying to improve or is this the same old crap? Myself personally I own an Audio-Technica direct drive with plans to upgrade to a Pro-ject very soon.

Lol, that is true. As I said, it's for a friend, not for me. I make sure to tell people not to buy Crosley turntables if they get interested in buying one. Just hate how they look cool, but they're as you called them pieces of shite.

my first "turntable" was a crosley....i spun two tracks....then returned it...true story, bro
