I can't give an exact shipping quote, though I know it'll be cheaper than $32, if I end up ordering one, would you want me to order 2 and ship one to you at cost? I'd just ask you to pay for the vinyl, shipping, and the paypal fee. I just sent a vinyl with a CD in the package to Canada and it cost me $11.95, so I'll estimate roughly around there.
