Shipping Damage Help

If the record is fine then that should be good enough. If the sleeve is FUBAR and you gotta have it mint then just return it. I know I may be in the silent minority but if the disc is fine and the sleeve is toast I usually shrug it off.

 

I remember when I was getting back into records a few years ago and I ordered a Manges Go Down LP from someone at It's Alive from eBay. It was still sealed, but the jacket arrived completely mangled. I complained to the seller.

 

"He said, if it's a problem, I'll trade you my personal copy."

 

And that's when I realized that I can't get caught up in the condition of jackets all the time, it's the record itself that's important.

 

That said, if its something I "collect," I'll look for a better jacket down the road to switch out.
