But I just upgraded to a Cambridge Audio azur 551 p and the clarity, lows, highs and overall performance was like night and day. The sound I'm getting now is amazing and my set up is nothing special. i can only imagine how much better it would sound if i had an even better turntable and speakers. So my advice is if you want something that just makes it so you can hear sound, go for it. But I wish I had spent the extra cash the first time in hindsight. If you're anything like me you won't be satisfied with the sound you get with that pre amp and will just want to upgrade sooner than later regardless.
