LIGMA_BALLZ
Hi, Does anyone know of a place that I could ship a record in to have a slight warp fixed? I'm kind of afraid to try a home remedy. If this is an old topic i would appreciate it if someone could link me to it, thanks.
jtcohenour
There is a small record store in the town I live in called The Record Benders. The owner Randy specializes in fixing warped records. Here is his website: http://www.therecordbenders.com/ He fixed one record for me earlier this week w/ pretty good results. Its a little pricey, between 10-15 bucks, but worth it if its an expensive record.

WubbyWubby
hmm this is interesting, I have a first press of From under the cork tree and my girlfriend left it in her car for a week. Its pretty warped but I wonder if he can bring it back to life.

He did say that heavier pressings usually have better results.

mikeburns
or invest in a vinyl flat (with groovy pouch)... suppose for the price it depends on how many you need to fix. I have fixed around 14 records with it, only destroyed one (which was completely unplayable and I left it on for too long) so that is pretty good really.
