Looks like this is a go! Now the wait for my vinyl begins in earnest (8-10 weeks). http://www.tribunalrecords.net/killwhitneydead/ This seems to be for the new album, I don't see anything there about the So Pretty, So Plastic repress.

Yeah, I also got that dreaded " We oversold the Blue Vinyl" email. Bummed because I think that the Blue looks absolutely awesome and is my favorite pressing. So if anyone else has a spare, please hit me up. On the other side, Kings Road was very apologetic and offered some compensation for the mistake so definitely no beef with them. In fact, even though there was a mistake (though not really a fault of theirs) with my order, they've gained much respect from me.

I don't mean to be completely negative (there's a good vibe going on in this thread for a well deserved band!) but I missed out on the Electric Blue pre-order (I was moving and funds were extremely low) and I go about checking the secondary market since the company site says they are sold out. Only to find that the company is selling copies on discogs for nearly double the price. How can they be "sold out" if they are selling them? http://www.discogs.com/buy/Vinyl/Windhand-Soma/118941366?ev=wh Disclaimer: I'm relatively new to the world of vinyl collecting and I'm fully aware that the company is a business, their sole purpose is to make money and in that same vein they can pretty much do whatever they want. BUT it's more than a little frustrating that I can't purchase it through regular means but they can sell it on a secondary site for double price. Anyone else feel the burn? P.S. Yeah, I'm pretty sure that I'm done with ordering from that place too. Pre-ordered the Agalloch in May knowing it was going to be awhile (said August release, expected Septemberish) emailed them at the end of August and now I'm quoted "mid-November". Also ordered Municipal Waste - Massive Aggressive and never recieved it with my initial order. No notifications, nothing. I finally emailed and eventually got a response that it's backordered with no fulfillment in sight. I think it's the lack of communication that bugs me the most. I get that delays and production issues happen but let me know! I'll give them until probably December then if I don't get either, I'll have to cancel my orders and stay far away :-/

This is up on A389 website if anyone hasn't pulled the trigger from the overseas provider. Still comes out to about $20 but it'll save you a few bucks overall. No color options listed (at least when I ordered) but I'm fine with either, so we'll see when it arrives!

Was definitely stoked to see this come up but that shipping is a drag! Looks like I'll be joining the crowd for the A389 release.
