  1. This is a great idea! I'd love to make my own too, if I ever had the time. I think I would probably just do something simple though like a collage of photos or artwork and then lyrics written over a solid color on the page that goes along with the color scheme of the album.

I think this would be a great "Post Your Own Insert Artwork" thread idea where people can create their own and post for others to have and get printed for themselves.

Get the ball rolling. I've had this idea for awhile.

  2. Ok so here's my review of it:

I bought it and Repo Records in Philly. They also had Channel Orange on magenta. Nostalgia was $19.99 and Orange was $24.99. They had multiple copies of both.

Nostaliga Ultra has a very thin sleeve, that feels closer to paper than cardboard. The artwork doesn't look too bad though. American Wedding is on it so that's a plus since that song is hard to find after The Eagles threatened to sue Frank. The vinyl has nice labels and is clear. It's not bad quality for a bootleg of mp3s. I'm happy with buying it.

If it wasn't for that dodgy "limited edition" text and parental advisory warning, I might. Does it sound like 256kpbs?

  3. Just so everyone is aware only 125 of these will be available online. The blue splatter copies of Alphabets sold in like 15 minutes. There were 100. So I wouldn't be blazay about securing a copy, I have a good feeling they will sell out right away.

I am acutally really scared I wont get one :(

They sold 80 copies of Alphabet. Alphabets. in blue splatter online, and it sold out in six minutes. I've asked Alex this and he confirmed it. 20 were for purchase at their vinyl release show with signatures.

Just be awake when they post it online. I'm going to be checking via phone all day, but if I don't get one, somebody be that ass that buys two just in case! ;D

  4. There's truth to it. eBay prices are the most ridiculous for a week or two after RSD.

A lot of seller's keep their prices that high, but I know there are generous seller's out there and when those sell out, you will be left looking at the assholes with jacked prices.
